How to Order

You’re buying art. The bud comes with it as a free gift, same as always. Here’s how an order works.

1. Start your order. Tap Start Delivery.
2. Build your cart. Pick your art, the gift comes with it. Keep an eye on your subtotal, that’s your items only. Delivery isn’t included. It starts at $10 in DC and $20 in MD and VA, and goes up with distance, tolls, and the 3PM to 7PM rush. How delivery fees work
3. Check out. The form asks for a billing address. Put your delivery address there, that’s where we’re bringing it. Give us a mobile number that can get texts too, that’s how we reach you.
4. Pick how you’re paying. Cash, Venmo, or Zelle, and nothing else. There’s no card option and no way to pay on the site.
5. Wait for our text. The manager on duty texts you to confirm your address and give you your delivery fee. Text back to say you’re good with the total. Nothing moves until you do. Order any time, and if you order after we close we’ll text you when we open.
6. Pay. Cash customers pay the driver at the door. Venmo and Zelle customers pay after that text, using the handle and amount in it. Your payment covers your art purchase. Don’t send money before the text lands, it’ll be the wrong amount and it may not reach us.
7. Your driver. Once you’re confirmed and paid, a driver picks up your order within 30 minutes. Drive time is on top of that, depending how far out you are. The 30 minutes is when your order leaves, not when it lands.
