We’re open Sunday through Wednesday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Thursday through Saturday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You can order any time we’re open, and we’ll get it to you as fast as we can.

Last call for DC is 30 minutes before close, so 6:30 PM Sunday through Wednesday and 9:30 PM Thursday through Saturday. Last call for Maryland and Virginia is an hour before close, so 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Last call means your order has to be in and confirmed by then.

You must be 21 years or older to place an order with 1st Street Solutions. A valid ID will be required upon delivery to verify your age.

Only the person whose ID we verified. Your driver stays with the car and texts you when they’re outside: bring your ID down, and they’ll check it and hand the order to you. We can’t leave orders with a front desk, doorman, roommate or neighbour.

If someone else will collect for you, they’ll need to show their own ID and agree to a photo of it at the hand-off, so we know they’re 21+.

Yes, we have delivery fees based on your location:

Washington DC: $10 base fee

Maryland or Virginia: $20 base fee

Additional Charges: +$1/mile if 10 miles+ from 1101 Connecticut Ave NW, +$2/mile if 25 miles+ from HQ, +$5 if your route avoids a toll road

Surge Pricing: From 3PM – 7PM, there’s a surge fee of $5-$20 based on traffic.

Absolutely! Our drivers appreciate tips for their service. All delivery fees go directly to the driver, but additional tips are always welcomed and appreciated.

Yes! To get delivery after hours as late as 11:30 PM we need time to prep our after hours driver. We ask that you:
1) Place and confirm your order at the LATEST by 12 noon the day of delivery, you can order up to 48 hours in advance.
2) During the confirmation process via text with the MOD specify the time you would like delivery.
3) Prepay via venmo (no other payment methods are acceptable for after hours delivery).
